Event Management

Connect with the German American business community by doing an event together with the German American Chamber of Commerce. We invite on your behalf: Our members, VIPs from business and politics, our press contacts, your clients and partners. We can use our existing industry databases or research additional contacts in a target group relevant for your business.

Possible event formats include business breakfasts, luncheons, evening receptions, conferences, trade-shows and networking events.

We take care of the complete organization of your event:

-       Development of  a custom tailored event concept
-       Selection of the perfect event venue
-       Organization of catering, AV/technique, signage and decoration
-       Target group research, compilation of invitation lists
-       Design, production and distribution of  save-the-date and invitation (email or print)
-       Event listing on GACC website and announcement in monthly newsletter
-       RSVP management, preparation of name badges and guest lists
-       On-site event assistance including registration management and taking care of your guests

 
We of course also offer customized solutions and offer individual aspects such as target group research or invitation/RSVP management only.
